Terms for firm buyers
These terms describe, in general language, how a firm may use LinkIsPro. They are not a substitute for your own advice.
What you are buying
A placement. You are buying one placement on a third-party website, either an editorial article or a link insertion, with a dofollow link to a page that you name when you build the basket.
Figures are snapshots. The marketplace lists each donor's Domain Rating, organic traffic, referring domains, niche, language and price, and these come from our own crawler and our own index. They are not a promise.
No charge yet. Adding links to the basket is free, and a charge is made only when you pay the basket from your balance, so a partner can review everything first.
What we do not promise
No positions. We do not promise any search position, traffic or enquiries, because search engines decide those matters and their systems change from one year to the next without notice to anyone.
Known risk. Google's spam policies disapprove of buying links that pass ranking credit, so you accept that placements carry that risk and that it is for your firm to decide whether the risk suits it.
Your responsibilities
Content is yours. You are responsible for the pages you point at, for the keywords and instructions you supply, and for any finished article you provide, and all of it must be lawful and accurate.
Rules differ. You are also responsible for knowing the advertising and conduct rules that apply to your profession, which we do not advise on, so ask your compliance lead before you order.
Guard access. Keep your sign-in details to yourself, and make sure anyone who orders for the firm has authority to do so, since a basket paid from your balance spends the firm's money.
Using agents and the API
Agents allowed. You may order by REST API with a Bearer key, or let an AI agent over MCP browse donors and fill a basket, and paying that basket stays a step that a person takes.
Top-ups differ. Balance is topped up in the dashboard and never through the API, so an automated tool cannot add funds to your account on its own, whatever it has been told to do.
Changes and contact
Terms evolve. We may change the service or these terms as it develops, the date at the top marks the latest edit, and by continuing to use the service you accept the version that is current.
Questions. To raise a question or a problem with an order, sign in at your account page and use the contact options there. Our privacy notes explain what information we hold, and they are short.
